Unit in pristine condition. Wide space. Free drinking water. Complete kitchen utensils, bathroom, and bedroom accessories. The owner is very responsive. Affordable price. Good AC. Excellent bed sheets and blankets.
The location is a bit congested and busy, causing long waits to Grab and Maxim apps. No microwave or small toaster/oven.

It is in a good location with great views and amenities. The owner is so nice
It would have been better with a hairdryer

We were able to get in easily and we're having a great time staying in the property. It's clean, it has comfy beds, TV to use for my friend's kid, has the basic needs for our stay. We recommend this property, 100%. It has nearby restaurants and Mercato (food stalls you can choose from). If you're commuting, it's easy as well and near in Mactan Newtown. Thanks for accommodating us. We'll definitely consider staying here again.
