Amazing ocean view, quiet location with easy access to resort beaches yet very close to the vibrant local life. Fullly equipped kitchen and easy access to supermarkets plus lots of restaurants nearby. Definitely a hidden gem with a local touch!
Nothing really, some windows could have seen more (outside) cleaning. Occasional insects as expected in a tropical setting - just try to keep the windows closed and use the air conditioner instead.

No breakfast at this location. Only delivery less walking to the market which is not far.
Water from taps and shower unreliable. Dirty with a fair bit of grit. Restricted area for walking around. Beach access is very restricted in the area.

Very accommodating. Good communication. Easy check in & check out. Near newtown mactan. Room was huge. Clean & expressive.

Close enough to the airport and you still get half a sea view. Walking distance to the beach. The room I got was big for Philippino standards.
There was a funny smell in the apartment that I couldn't shake. Had to kill 2 cockroaches in the bathroom.
