No breakfast at this location. Only delivery less walking to the market which is not far.
Water from taps and shower unreliable. Dirty with a fair bit of grit. Restricted area for walking around. Beach access is very restricted in the area.

Our stay was wonderful. The property was exactly as described very clean neat and tidy. We could walk to where we needed including supermarket and restaurants along with ironman event. Our host Thomas was outstanding very approachable and friendly. I would highly recommend staying here.

Close enough to the airport and you still get half a sea view. Walking distance to the beach. The room I got was big for Philippino standards.
There was a funny smell in the apartment that I couldn't shake. Had to kill 2 cockroaches in the bathroom.
