Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen. Ein Aldi und ein weiterer Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen.Eine Tram ist in ca. 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen und zum Strand mit Bars und Geschäften sind es nur zwei Stationen. Der Jachthafen gegenüber lädt zum spazieren ein. Von dort aus kann man eine Hafenrundfahrt starten. Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet, sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Ein Waschsalon ist in der Tiefgarage neben der Einfahrt vorhanden. Die Bedienung ist sehr einfach. Der Pool ist super, wird regelmäßig gereinigt und Liegen sind ausreichend vorhanden.

aangenaam gedeeld buitenzwembad met ondiep stuk voor de kleine kindjes. Er waren ook douches bij het zwembad. Appartement was heel ruim en voor kleine kindjes was alles voorzien : kinderbed, wipper, potje, ververskussen. Het is ook goed gelegen (winkels nabij) en via de dichtbijzijnde tramhalte ben je zo meteen aan zee.

A great place with a pool and good quality amenities! We appreciated the welcoming bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge too! Very clear instructions how to get into the place, including pictures and descriptions (except for the location on the map).

Location is not at all correctly identified by google. The owners correctly specify the address, however every map that uses this address points to a wrong location. The actual place is accross the street and further down the street, farther from the seashore than the mark shown on google maps (also on booking.com and others). Instead, it's right next to Aldi and Colruyt. This is no fault of the owners, but be aware of this. What they might do - add this info to the description.
