was een mooi modern appartement en de ligging is niet slecht. Tram voor de deur .
er was nergens kuisgerief om zand op te kuisen , wat je soms wel hebt als je van het strand komt met kinderen. Geen airco wat wilde zeggen dat het zeer warm was in de slaapkamers. Vooral de kamer zonder raam was het snikheet.

Het appartement was goed voorzien, ruime slaapkamers! Zwembad, zandbak is een meerwaarde. Ook parkeermogrlijkheid is top!
De ventilatie werkte niet naar behoren. Het rook niet fris in slaapkamer kinderen! Er lag nog vuil onder de bedden en ter hoogte van kastrand woonkamer.
