Op zich was de locatie rustig ondanks hij langs een drukke steenweg ligt. De locatie lag iets te ver van het centrum, zeker met kleine kinderen.
Wanneer er sfeerverlichting staat, doe er tenminste een lamp in! De kussens van de slaapzetel lagen los, en waren vuil (is gesignaleerd). In de badkamer graag wat haakjes om een handdoek aan te hangen. Nergens een kapstok om wat jassen aan te hangen!!

Appartement neuf situé au rez de chaussé, deux chambres (la première avec un grand lit, la deuxième avec deux lits d'une personne et deux lit superposés) qui donnent sur l'arrière du bâtiment avec une terrasse clôturée équipée d'une table et 8 chaises pas de parasol. Le logement est très calme malgré la proximité du tram et de la rue principale. Situé à 100 mètres de la promenade vers le port et à un km de Nieuport Bad et 2km de Nieuport stad.
L'appartement est un peu sombre. La cuisine manque d'équipement : une grande marmite, deux petites, 4 petites poêles, aucun plat.

Weinig materiaal geen kook potten voor 5 personen zou wat meer materiaal mogen liggen , mits nog geen emmer aanwezig of dweil als iets vuil was kon je nog niet opkuisen , waterkoker zou ook handig zijn , geen schaar voor appartement voor 8 pers kom je veel te kort van huisraad en plekken op de. Vloer en zetels
