Awesome location.
Staff were very helpful online and responded immediately to questions.
The apartment was clean and easy to use.
The mattress was extremely hard, and I usually use a firm mattress. If a pillow topper was added, it would make it comfortable.
The apartment is clean but quite tired, with a large stain on the carpet.
The advertisement said a balcony and city views, but there is no balcony and the window looks straight onto a brick wall - you can see some sky above the brick wall.
Please give proper towels, rather than providing microfibre gym-style towels.

Very good location right on the doorstep of darling quarter. 2mins walk to the light rail and 5mins to the pyrmount ferry stop.
Could do with a deep clean had empty beverage cans under the bed. The shower needs a decent clean but for at the price point and location I guess that’s is what you get. We were there 10days no option to get someone in to change sheets and no vacuum to tidy up yourself, so had to find a laundromat to do sheets and towels. Also listing says there is a dishwasher but there isn’t and no balcony or any sort of view. Also the heat pump/air-con was leaking water.
