Location of the apartment was excellent, tram stop almost at the door
Instructions for collecting the key from a lock box at a different location and also finding the underground parking space were not clear enough. They need to get somone who hasn't been there before to try following them and then rewrite them. We didn't find the parking space which meant we had to lug our large golf bags and suitcases around the streets. Some of the bedside lights were not working.

Was close to entertainment venues and Darling Harbour. Was very roomy and beds were comfortable.
Was pretty stressful trying to locate the lock box to obtain the key as it was in a different location to the accommodation and no where to park. Once we finally got the key the parking garage was fine.

I really liked the location; the hotel is very well situated if you're walking
The building isn't very clean.
The apartment isn't very clean either and could use a fresh coat of paint. Water is leaking from the faucets.
I really didn't like being woken up at 7:30 a.m. for a service call when I was on vacation!
