It was convenient and close to the State Theatre. It was a safe area for walking around. .
The blinds never blocked out the sun in the morning. And the tap handle kept falling off when using the tap in the ensuite.

Was easy to collect. Lockbox easy to access. Apartment was spacious.
Apartment needs a deep clean and some overall maintenance to occur. Was tidy and cleaned but requires some work.
