Great location, cosy and clean

Parking is a bit hit and miss on property but plenty of street parking near property

It was clean and tidy and a very quiet location

It was clean all through.

I booked this property primarily because the advertisement stated that it was equipped with air conditioning. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I discovered that no air conditioning was available, which was very disappointing. This feature was a key factor in my decision to book, particularly as my head office was located in central London, some distance from the property. As a result, I had to make several unnecessary journeys at my own expense, causing significant inconvenience and additional travel costs. I would encourage the property to ensure that its advertised amenities accurately reflect what is actually available so that future guests can make informed booking decisions.

This was our second visit to this apartment to visit our new grandchild in Hackbridge. The location is perfect with a convenient bus stop and frequent buses. There is a good range of shops nearby and Bedlington park is well worth a visit. The apartment is clean, well equipped and comfortable. It is peaceful and quiet and a nice neighbourhood. We appreciated the floor standing fans , teas and coffee and bottled water. Thank you .

The shower isn’t very powerful. Maybe a toaster would be a good addition .
