Comfortable clean and well designed room, great AC (power permitting)
Hotel rooms are booked by adults - please give us a glass, maybe two, or four, utility and wine glasses. Paper cups are not acceptable Check-in is a cluster? Emails from maybe Bookings.com, emails from unknown parties/platforms and 2 different WhatsApp addresses? This was post a scam email from Brazil suggesting we pay or lose the booking? We picked the scam, however the real process was left wanting and advising the guest the check-in procedure via the booking agent Booking.com website would assist? Location was our call, however not a nice part of Naples

Posizione centrale e facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici e nei pressi della stazione centrale. Camere ottime, pulite e confortevoli, ben isolate dal rumore del traffico sottostante e silenziose.
staff disponibile solo da remoto ma comunque sempre pronto per risolvere i problemi. Sarebbe l'ideale se fosse disponibile anche una colazione
