Comfortable beds, large dining table and comfortable dining chairs, 2 separate bedrooms, good kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery, good bathroom, air conditioning and having a washing machine. There was an information book too.

The lights! We just wanted ones that you switch on and off. We couldn’t get the living/ kitchen light to be bright. It was a little isolated with groceries store quite a distance away. Not many places to eat out.

Appartement bien maintenu et bien agencé, propre, équipements en bon état. Procédure de check-in facile une fois complétées les formalités en ligne requises au Japon. On peut difficilement être plus près du train qui relie Odawara à Hakone ! Les lits sont confortables et la climatisation fonctionne bien, tout comme la machine à laver sèche linge.

L'appartement jouxte la gare, ce qui fait que l'on entend le passage des trains, et se situe quasiment au-dessus du passage à niveau, qui sonne fortement à chaque passage de train. Cependant cela ne nous a pas spécialement gêné et les trains s'arrêtent de circuler la nuit. La présence de 3 lits simples et 2 lits doubles (vrais lits, pas des futons) dans un espace restreint fait qu'il ne reste pas beaucoup de place pour les valises même s'il y a un grand placard. Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'options de restauration à proximité, mais le restaurant à 10 minutes à pied près du Lawson nous a très bien convenu.

The customer service was excellent with very quick responses. There is a dedicated parking space on the first floor, and a small train station is right next door. The railway setting has a unique atmosphere, and the noise was acceptable. The only minor inconvenience was the steep stairs to the second floor, especially when carrying luggage.

The main issue was the cleanliness of the room and bedding. There was dust on the windowsill, bedside area, and bed, and we found hair under the bedding. Unfortunately, this caused kids to have a nasal allergy and difficulty sleeping. We hope the cleanliness and bedding can be improved.
