Brand new with furnishings that made sense. Good heating/cooling. Very very comfortable beds, very very clean. Washing machine and dryer available. Great shower. Provided tea coffee and milk.

Excellent location, nice a new

The building was new. The beds were comfortable. The host was friendly.

We felt the listing was deceptive and overpriced. It was technically not a whole apartment. It was the bottom part of a townhouse. We could hear the people upstairs, their tv until late into the night, their conversations, and EVERY footstep. The lounge/kitchen/laundry/dining area is actually a converted garage. It was not cosy. There were not enough chairs for us to all sit down to eat or watch tv. The kitchen section was really a laundry with a microwave and mini fridge. We were not able to cook there. Washing up was difficult as the sink was strangely shallow and didn't drain well. Also, it is not lakeside. It is near the lake, defiantly not next to it.
