The location is excellent: Schönbrunn Park in 20-25 minutes by walk, metro - 7 minutes, supermarket/shops - 5 minutes. Quiet place on the corner of a busy street, where there are many cafes, bars, etc.
Instructions for entry, check-in, check-out, recommendations for cafes and restaurants, nearby luggage storage, etc.: impeccable!
Apartments: very clean, comfortable bedroom and kitchen, enough electrical outlets in the bedroom, excellent thermoregulation (except the shower room).
Shower room: cold, without heating - before taking a shower you have to turn on the hottest shower for a few minutes to warm up; small washbasin - while washing my face, I almost scratched my big nose on the shelf under the mirror :-)
Kitchen: there was almost no dishwashing facilities, only a bit near the trash can; there was no dish dryer.
Attn! Under the right hanging shelf in the kitchen there is exposed wiring and electrical connections - which can be dangerous!

The location was convenient, close to the metro line and the Schonbrun Palace. Heating was always on, shower was comfortable as was the bed. Host was quick to reply when needed.
There was plenty of dust bunnies under the bed and the sinks in the bathrooms were too small and uncomfortable, making it easy for water to drop on the floor.

Апартаменты маленькие, но расположение хорошее, недалеко от Шенбурна, близко до всех видов транспорта. Чисто. Собственник прислал чёткие и понятные инструкции, как попасть в помещение, было предоставлено паркоместо в паркинге, до которого идти 8 минут. Идеально подходят для остановки в Вене на 2-3 дня.
Раковины для мытья рук в обоих санузлах очень маленькие. Умыться практически невозможно. После пользования нужно вытирать под ними пол от воды.
Все окна выходят в узкий хозяйственный внутренний дворик для хранения велосипедов.

Günstige Lage zum Bus zur Hofburg, auch zwei U-Bahnstationen waren gut erreichbar.
Sehr minimalistische Raumgröße. Der Schalter für das Licht im Schlafzimmer war nur vom Flur aus zu erreichen. Es gab nur eine Nachttischlampe für das Doppelbett.
