About this apartment rental
My accommodation is good for couples, business travelers, families (with children) and pets (by appointment!) suitable.
Our Chek in / out is through our key Safe Systems in front of the apartment door totally uncomplicated.
Apartment, centrally located, located on the second floor of a multi-party house in the 15th district of Vienna municipality.
Total size approx. 45m²

Divided into entrance area, bathroom, living room / kitchen and bedroom.
Domestic equipments:
Bathroom: shower, mirror, washbasin with vanity unit, soap, toilet, hairdryer.
Living room / kitchen: living room shelves with TV, couch with coffee table, table with 2 armchairs
Kitchen: coffee maker brand Martello, stove, micro and refrigerator
Bedroom: double bed with bedside table, bed linen and wardrobe
LOCATION:
Various supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
10-15 minutes walk to the Schönbrunn Palace with animal park, 5 minutes on foot Metro U4 / U6 Station Längenfeldgasse and the Westbahn City with several train connections, Metro U3 / U6 and various tram lines. eg. the journey time by metro U3 from the Westbahn City to the center of Vienna Mitte, Stephansplatz is 8 minutes.
Our Chek in / out is totally uncomplicated because of our key safe system in front of the apartment door.
Parking:
In front of the house there are public parking spaces along the street.
There is a short-term parking zone from Mon-Fri (weekdays) from 09:00 to 19:00 at the address. During this time tickets are to be laid out (Attention at one location (parking lot) max. 3 hours).
Parking the car for a longer period using the Park & Ride System.

This apartment is well located to the Ubahn and bus lines. It was clean and very quiet! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Also, the landowner has several "collegues" near by if you have any questions. I was unsure how to light the gas stove, and Johannes had someone there to help me within 15 minutes.
