It was clean, neat, comfortable and not far from the city centre and Toowoomba Hospital.

Camera abbastanza spaziosa C'era tutto per poter gestire in autonomia la stanza. Molto pulita e con tutto il necessario.

The overall cleanliness and presentation was very good. The carport was also a bonus and the bed, though small, was comfortable. The coffee machine was also good

The so called "kitchenette" was sadly lacking in many ways. Most prominently. it did not have a range hood or exhaust fan so when we used the portable hotplate from the cupboard to prepare a steak, the whole room filled with smoke, the alarm went off and not only did we have the air conditioner and the overhead fan on, but we still had to open every available door to remove the smoke!! All the power points are at the far corner between the wall and the sink with nothing at the bathroom end where all the bench space is. (Strangely, there are 2 power points behind and below the toilet bowl!!) There is no breadboard and there are no scissors. Not everybody uses pump pack soap and conditioner (older people prefer cake soap and their own shampoo/conditioner) and there was no cake soap holder or additional shelf in the shower. The loose drain hole cover was a trip hazard and the shower floor was very slippery. There is no couch or anything to sit on and relax other than the bed. A dining table as well as a casual table is unnecessary. and the small casual table near the front door should be replaced with a two seater couch, or similar. The wall between the studio and the house is acoustically transparent and we doubt that it complies with the required sound transmission class of 50 as required by the Building Code of Australia. A lot of conversation was heard when the house was occupied.
