Luxury 3BR - 804 Ocean View Pool & Parking Beach Walks

Fantastic View!! Very clean and comfortable apartment. Fully equipped. Modern finishes. We really needed nothing more for our weekend break. Even though there are road works in front of the apartment block in Beach Road, this unit situated on 8th floor is so high up that none of the road works commotions or traffic bothered us at all. Very quiet, very relaxing stay. And did I mention the views - absolutely amazing!!! Simon the Concierge deserves a big thank you. Super friendly gentleman who went out of his way to show us the ins and outs of building, even walked us to our secure parking bay in basement.

Hard to fault!!! 2 very small things: A bread knife and a few smaller (normal size) coffee cups would be great. But these are petty comments.

It is an amazing apartment, with a view over the ocean and acces to the pool and grill place. Sandy beaches start 5 minutes from the hotel, and direct under hotel can you find tide rocks with marine life, children loved to explore them. Many bathrooms. All facilities work very well. Parking underground with direct access to the apartment by elevator. Helpful guy at the reception desk. A big grocery store and 3 good restaurants at the walking distance ( we can recommend Mount Everest indian, Ocean Basket Strand and Pap Mama african. This is a very good place if you want to take it easy on the beach or take a car to destinations east and north from cape town - like Stony Point, best penguin reserve, Agulhas, Paarl mountains, Franschhoek or Stellenbosh with its vineyards. This place is safe and we wasnt afraid to walk along the beach even in the evenings, it was a wonderful atmosphere durind the weekends.

The nearest strand was under reconstruction. But its a temporary problem. It can take a log time to drive to Cape Town because of traffic jam! Beware of Man-o-wars and other jellyfishes on the strands on stormy days.

Prachtig uitzicht, mooie ligging

Dit is niet luxury. Twee hele kleine slaapkamers, veel defecten. Lampen kapot, ontbrekende lampenkamp, afstandsbedieningen werkte niet, droogtrommel functioneerde niet, toilet blijft doorlopen. Geen gordijnen in een slaapkamer (!). Slechte bedden.
