Great appartment, Chrissie the arrivals Lady was really helpfull and friendly.

We had a great stay overall and were very happy with the accommodation itself. The property was lovely, comfortable and we genuinely enjoyed our time there. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the way the administrative side of the booking was handled. We felt repeatedly hassled regarding payment and the deposit, despite trying to deal with everything appropriately. We were also asked to provide personal information in a way that we felt was unnecessary and made us uncomfortable. It was a shame because, without these issues, our review would have been extremely positive. The stay itself was great, but the repeated communication around payment, the deposit and personal information created unnecessary stress and negatively affected what would otherwise have been an excellent experience. I would happily recommend the accommodation itself, but I do think the owners could significantly improve the guest experience by handling payments, deposits and requests for personal information in a more professional and less intrusive manner.

Beautiful view, close to the main beach. The issues that we had were quickly attended to when we asked.

The unit is getting tired and needs a revamp - especially the blinds. No air-conditioning in extremely hot weather. Broken fans which were replaced when we requested new ones. Extremely windy conditions in December making access to the beach uncomfortable. Extreme volumes of people on the beach in December. Other times of the year may be better.

Excellent location, everything you need is on your doorstep, no need to drive anywhere. Most beautiful sunsets. Omg that balcony is amazing. Gracious hosts that leave a bottle of wine for guests to enjoy.

Just the main bedroom bathroom needs new lights and the toilet needs to be looked at as it doesn’t flush well. Other than that everything was excellent

The lifts was a huge problem, we got stucked in 1 lift and had to wait for security to get theblifts door open. The experience was very scary. The heated pool was cold, we did ask the securities assistance but he said there is nothing he can do till Monday.
