Beautiful view, close to the main beach. The issues that we had were quickly attended to when we asked.
The unit is getting tired and needs a revamp - especially the blinds. No air-conditioning in extremely hot weather. Broken fans which were replaced when we requested new ones.
Extremely windy conditions in December making access to the beach uncomfortable. Extreme volumes of people on the beach in December. Other times of the year may be better.

Excellent location, everything you need is on your doorstep, no need to drive anywhere. Most beautiful sunsets. Omg that balcony is amazing. Gracious hosts that leave a bottle of wine for guests to enjoy.
Just the main bedroom bathroom needs new lights and the toilet needs to be looked at as it doesn’t flush well. Other than that everything was excellent

The view from our apartment
The lifts was a huge problem, we got stucked in 1 lift
and had to wait for security to get theblifts door open. The experience was very scary. The heated pool was cold, we did ask the securities assistance but he said there is nothing he can do till Monday.
