This property was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our dogs were right at home there, and they could go across the street to the park for a break--also enjoying walking along the river! The location was great for the food trucks on the first Friday in May. We'd come back.
Our one and only problem was that the elevator broke during our stay, and our elderly dogs (12- and 13-year-old Labradors) balked at the slippery stairs. I hope this doesn't happen often, because they loved the apartment as much as we did.

It had a nice view of the river. Easy to find nighttime parking on the street.
It was an old building and somewhat worn. We had trouble opening the lock box to get the key. We got in late at night and it was in a pretty dark spot.

Everything. The location and view was beautiful. You were in the heart of the town. It was a hallmark setting. There’s was plenty of places to eat. A ice cream shop at the corner. Bookstore. It was perfect. The apartment had everything we needed. Washer dryer. They even had coffee creamer- bonus for us. Love the recliners. This will be our spot to return to when we visit family.
There can be some noise but no biggie. You’re down town.

The location was nice. Facing the river and downtown as described.
Honestly the photos were not very accurate. There was an unpleasant orange carpet in the living area. There was a big stain. The bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom were exposed, cracked concrete floors. Felt very uncomfortable and unfinished. Despite charging a $70 cleaning fee, there was dust everywhere and cobwebs in the windows and corners of the unit. My cleaning fee should be refunded because the unit wasn't deep cleaned when I entered it. The building was historic but borderline disheveled.
