Enjoy your stay at this beautiful remodeled Studio apartment. Well maintained and safe walkways. Either if you are traveling for business or pleasure or just need to be in town for awhile, this place can accommodate your needs.
Extended stays are welcome, Pets are welcome IF YOU INCLUDE IN RESERVATION. NO more than 2 pets allowed and 4 people. NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO GATHERING AND NO PARTIES.
Fully equipped kitchen with cooking and baking amenities.
Coined shared laundry room right in lobby.
Free Wi-fi and Free 1 car parking.
Apt is conveniently located on 2nd floor (8 steps), no one is above you making noise.
15 mins from Waterpark. Quiet area but close to everything.
Within 5 miles of Zoo, park, hospital, shopping, casino, Theater and golf course.
Our Studio sleeps up to 2 people (1 in Queen size bed, 1 on Queen size sleepers) NO more than 2 are allowed in this apartment. No more then 1 pet in this apartment.
Set of 2 with dishes, glasses, bowls, silverware and Towels.
Unit has window AC. Thermostats on the wall are only for heat.
Pet rules:
Dogs must be housebroken (not pee pee pads)
1 dog max under 50lbs each
Pets must stay off furniture and beds
Pets must be crated when left alone in our home
Cost is 50.00 per pet ( you will be sent a request for dog fee)
No pet bathes in our place
Cats: Sorry owner has allergies so cats not are allowed!!! Any other pets types must be approved before check in.
Secure locked lobby for your protection and there is a camera in the lobby. Also there is a camera at the front door on the OUTSIDE. There is no cameras in the unit.
We do not provide body lotion or shampoo, bring your own.
Lock to the front door is keyless, it will need a code to get in. Code will be active at check in not before (unless you pay for early check ins).
AC - there's 1 AC window unit in the apartment and fan.
Share coined laundry machines downstairs in the laundry room. You supply soap if needed.
Parking is on the side and rear of building, no permit or window sticker needed.
Check out instructions are just strip bed, put used towels in bathtub, removed garbage from unit. If any dishes or glasses break, please let us know ahead of time (accidents happen). Please lock door and text us when checked out.

Studio apartment was as advertised. Kitchen was well equipped if you want to cook. Bed was very comfortable.

I appreciated the prompt and courteous interactions with the host while I stayed at the property for a workshop. Location was so convenient. The studio was thoughtfully appointed and prettily decorated. It was a cozy and inviting space.

No Drama and clear communication. Spent three nights and was able to enjoy my vacation and time with my daughter in a way that a hotel wouldn't facilitate.
