The home offers plenty of sleeping space:

The upstairs bedrooms are very spacious and feature large walk-in closets, making the home especially comfortable for longer stays.

The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking and baking essentials, along with a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Whether you’re preparing breakfast before heading out or enjoying dinner at home, you’ll have what you need for a comfortable stay.

The bathroom is stocked with towels, a hairdryer, and a first-aid kit. Extra blankets and pillows are available in the upstairs closet.

There is no garage access for guests. Parking includes space for 1 vehicle in the driveway, with additional street parking available.

Dogs must be under 50 lbs. — no exceptions
$50 pet fee per dog, per stay (not per day)

Dogs are not permitted on furniture or beds
Please pick up after your dog immediately in the yard
Dogs must be crated when left unattended
Please keep dogs downstairs and off the upstairs carpeting
The upstairs bedrooms are carpeted, so we kindly ask guests to remove their shoes before walking on the carpet.

House is clean and decorated well but not in prime condition. It is a duplex, which should have been disclosed in the listing. Communication was good with the host. Quiet neighborhood. Beds are pretty firm and uncomfortable. It seemed unnecessary to require drivers license pictures for all persons in the home. Also, the potential add-on fees they could charge seemed a bit unreasonable (for undisclosed guests, pets left alone, etc). Overall the place met our needs but seemed a little expensive for what it is.

The photos and descriptions of the property are accurate. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a nice walking trail near by the property. The location is close to a grocery store and pharmacy. My family and I enjoyed the theme the owners chose. The bathrooms were very clean. The bedrooms were perfect for my two kids, my wife and myself. The kitchen was a great size and the appliances were great! We loved the water pitcher in the refrigerator. Overall great experience and would stay there again in the future.

This condo was very clean and had everything listed in its description. We gave it 3 stars because it’s in need of some maintenance. Lisa was very responsive and very nice but to use their description of three stars “we wouldn’t stay there again until something is done.”
