Location and style of apartment. Nice and convenient.
They don’t warn you till last min that it’s cash only. The staff are clearly not on site to help. It’s different to the hotel site so you’re given some rough instructions and then left alone. Wasn’t able to pay QR code or card which are all very common across Vietnam socially at hotels!
