Check-in was easy, I received a code by email and it worked without any issues.
The room, common areas, and bathroom were all very clean, and the bed was comfortable with a good amount of space. The location is great too.
I reached out to the community and property manager on whatsapp with a few personal questions and they got back to me quickly, which I appreciated.
WiFi was excellent, I was working from there the whole time and had zero complaints.

Tem uma boa localização e faz jus ao preço. Em geral, é uma casa bem bacana com bons espaços para trabalhar e ficar até por mais tempo. Além disso, os demais hóspedes são muito sociáveis, o que torna a experiência mais agradável.
Apesar de não ter staff no local a community manager estava sempre a disposição para ajudar quando foi necessário

My daughter and I stayed in the full bedroom, which was clean and comfortable and had its own private bathroom. The heater in our room worked well. The location was convenient, and street parking was easy. Share the kitchen has necessary tools and pots for simple cooking.
My husband stayed in the single room and felt cold at night because the heater there was not strong enough. There was also no shared bathroom, so he needed to use the bathroom in our room.
We also noticed that some food we had stored in the refrigerator during our two-night stay was thrown away when we were out during the day, including a new bag of cheese and tomatoes, also other items that were properly stored in a zip bag or container.
