Nice, spacious and clean, comfortable beds and decent showers. Good location, parking and charging facilities.
Could do with some tlc, as a big hole in the wall at the top of the stairs and a lot of marks on the walls. No hand towels in any of the bathrooms or oven glove, baking trays/sheets or stands for baking trays, which makes using the oven very difficult.

Lovely and warm when entered. Good showers and nice beds. Everything worked. Quiet location. Manager very good at responding.
Very light on crockery , glasses, dinning chairs, tea towel and oven gloves.

Space enough for 7, 2 bathrooms and another toilet, warm, comfy beds, good kitchen, quiet street, convenient enough for city centre.
Deep clean wouldn't go amiss, especially bathrooms. Not enough towels and small, poor quality. Not really enough glasses, cutlery, crockery. Nothing to make coffee in - would expect a basic cafetiere at least. Only 5 chairs around dining table. Toilet light flickers on and off continuously. No instructions e.g. for fire. Remotes need batteries. How do you plug in/operate the lamp in the sitting room? Fridge was switched off on arrival and bag of ice had thawed and flooded onto floor.
