Great stay, great facilities
Communication with owner was very easy and quick to respond. We needed more dining space to have Christmas dinner in the house & a table and extra chairs were delivered within hours of my request.
The area is run down & the views from all rooms isnt great, however please dont let that cloud any judgment on the house, as soon as you step in the luxury feel makes you feel very much at home.

Lovely property. The rooms were all well/nicely decorated and it was a convenience that 4 out of 6 bedrooms had ensuites. My guests' and I utilised the kitchen to cook and the cinema room for movie night which is a nice touch to the properties facilities. The only downside was 3 cushion seats were missing from the cinema room and the pictures showed 4 in total. I was located in the ground floor bedroom and the bed was extremely comfortable resulting in a well rested sleep. I also liked that we were able to control the temperature in the property as the nights got a bit chilly and the property heated up really well and it was easy to use the thermostat. The property is located near a nice big park and not far from the centre. I liked that there was off street parking by way of the drive too.
The cleaners did not do a great job prior to our arrival so I urge guests to double check and possibly record the property when you arrive and message the host of any concerns you have. This will alert the host any issues that were prior to your arrival.

All the rooms were beautiful presented, very clean and bedding etc was very comfortable. The communal spaces - kitchen and lounge were a great size and finished to a very good spec. Parking out the front of the house was so good and three spaces on the drive made it so easy! Owner was so helpful and responded very quickly to messages - would highly recommend for a group
There was hardly any kitchen resources - not Enough glasses for everyone - we would have struggled if our plan was to cook in.

Amazing perfect house
This property in Manchester is truly one of the best I’ve experienced. It exceeded my expectations in every way! The house is beautifully decorated and feels brand new. All the rooms are spacious and come with stunning en-suites, adding to the luxurious feel. The cinema room and games room are perfect for relaxation, offering a top-notch experience. The property also features two fully equipped kitchens with all the necessary utensils, making it ideal for cooking and hosting. Each room has its own TV, which is great for unwinding with Netflix or other entertainment. The location is very convenient, as it’s close to the city centre. Plus, the driveway offers ample parking space, accommodating up to three cars. I would definitely visit this house again—highly recommended!
