Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, neu, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Meerblick, top ausgestattete Küche, schönes Badezimmer,...die Wohnung an sich könnte besser nicht sein.
Die Lage ist wirklich nicht gut. Der nächste Bäcker ist in Burg, so dass man zum Brötchen holen gerne in Summe 40 Minuten unterwegs ist. Der kleine Strand direkt hinter den neugebauten Häusern ist wenig einladend und wird auf der einen Seite durch die Baustelle des Fehmarnbelttunnels und auf der anderen Seite durch ein Militärgelände begrenzt. Die Baustelle ist (wenn auch leise) immer gut hörbar. Mehrere Abrisshäuser in unmittelbarer Nähe der Neubauten. Man ist durchgehend auf das Auto angewiesen.
