About this house rental
The vacation home is located in the quiet Marienleuchte neighborhood in the northeastern part of the island of Fehmarn, about 220 m from the natural beach. Parking for one car is available on the property in front of the garage; a second car can be parked on the side of the road directly next to the property.
Unfortunately, starting in 2022, there may be disruptions due to construction on the Fehmarn Belt Tunnel; there may also be construction work on the neighboring property. Neither of these is certain at this time, but both are possible.
You can store your bicycles in the garage.
The main town of Burg, with its restaurants and shopping, is about 8 km away.
The vacation home offers a total of approximately 81 square meters of living space; it is equipped for 6 people and laid out as follows:
- a separate kitchen
- a living-dining room
- 3 bedrooms; each bedroom has its own shower room with a toilet
- 2 bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed.
- One bedroom has two single beds.
A washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, ironing board, and iron are provided and available to you free of charge.
The kitchen is fully equipped: electric stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven, refrigerator with freezer, sink, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
The living room with a fireplace is divided into two areas:
- Dining area with a table and 6 chairs
- Seating area with a corner sofa and 2 armchairs
It is equipped with a flat-screen TV (via satellite), a DVD player, and a small stereo system.
From the living room, a large sliding door leads to the partially covered patio with an outdoor fireplace (fully furnished with patio furniture) and to the fenced-in garden.
Pets are welcome!
Water and food bowls as well as bedding are provided for your four-legged friends.
