The accomodation is the ground floor of a town house, with a bedroom, toilet and kitchen.

Sam is a wonderful host, very outgoing. They made us feel at home, even did a washing (!). Easy to find a place to park, very nice park in front of the house. Breakfast we did ourselves.
Had a bit of trouble finding the place, because of the built-in gps (the house was too new for it)...
