Am petrecut o săptămână (23-30 august) un grup de 2 adulți și 3 copii. Ce ne-a plăcut: Poziționarea este perfectă, la doar 2 minute de plajă (trebuie doar traversată strada). Ai opțiunea de plajă liberă sau plajă privată (20€ consumație pentru 2 șezlonguri + umbrelă). Casa este dotată cu electrocasnice bune (plită, cuptor, mașină de spălat, aparat cafea), iar aerul condiționat funcționează excelent. Gazda, Elena, este foarte receptivă și deschisă la feedback. Un plus uriaș pentru copii a fost familia de pisici din curte, de care s-au atașat enorm!

Pozele de pe platformă nu mai coincid în totalitate cu realitatea actuală. Curățenia generală trebuie accentuată, în special în grădinița din față, dar și în interior – am avut probleme cu furnicile atât pe terasă, cât și în living. Ușile dulapului din dormitor erau defecte (un pericol pentru copii mici), iar pe terasă era un scaun rupt. Grătarul din poze lipsea la sosire, dar proprietara ni l-a adus ulterior (avea urme sa zicem normale de uzură). Seara internetul este foarte slab. Din cauza proximității față de stradă, este zgomot de la mașini și nu se poate dormi cu ușa deschisă. Ca o sugestie: ar fi fost util să existe un minim de ingrediente (ulei, sare, condimente).

The host is approachable and friendly, and the property has been thoughtfully decorated with great style and attention to detail. The beach is just a short walk down the road, with several tavernas nearby. Overall, it's a good location for enjoying everything Palio has to offer.

The accommodation is advertised as a two-bedroom apartment; however, the second sleeping area offers only limited privacy. The bunk beds are located in the living room and are separated only partially by a curtain, so anyone sleeping there has no private space. This was not a major issue for us, as we were a group of long-time friends, but it was nonetheless inconvenient. In our view, the layout is better suited to a family with children than to a group of adults or friends traveling together. It should not be advertised as a two-bedroom - it is clearly a bedroom and a living room with a sleeping corner. The property is situated above the main Kavala–Nea Peramos road, and traffic noise is noticeable. However, the noise level at night was generally moderate and did not significantly affect our stay.

Близостта до морето. Възможността за паркинг. Тишината и спокойствието. Собственичка беше много любезна и отзивчива.
