Amenities. Fully equipped kitchen, AC in bedrooms, washing machine. Roomy and comfortable.
Not necessarily directly related to the property, but there was some loud constuction work done nearby, quite early in the day (earlier than 8:00 AM). Didn't bother me too much personally, but just something to note. No complaints otherwise, everything was more or less as described.

Great location, close to Kavala, Nea Peramos. Apartment is also close to the ferry to Thassos (40 minute drive). Awesome view from the balcony. Clean and well maintained property. Very good WiFi coverage as well as bandwidth speed.
No improvements needed. Everything was perfect.
