La ubicación, el tamaño del espacio, la cocina, la decoración. Es muy amplio y cómodo. Se está bien en el. No hay ascensor, pero no sufrimos tanto subiendo. Estar cerca de la Gare Saint -Roche es muy conveniente.
Que se cobre extra por checking temprano. A las 4 pm es muy tarde y el check out a las 10 muy temprano. Eso no es amigable con los huéspedes. Recomendamos lo normal: check-in a las 2 pm máximo y check out a las 11 am. Si el huésped anterior se fue y el apartamento está listo, por qué no ofrecer la posibilidad de entrar antes sin costó? Recomendamos también entregar más de una llave y, si se puede un día, poner un inodoro en el baño de arriba.

Car parking worked very well. Washing machine was very useful. Downstairs area was comfortable and cooking facilities were good.
Because we didn't use the dishwasher, needed a bowl or a plug for the kitchen sink. Linen and pillows need upgrading. Also, as we were there for three weeks, we used the downstairs bed linen but would have needed a spare set if both bedrooms were used.

La manca de neteja de coberts i utensilis de cuina. Un aparell d'aire condicionat no funciona. Falten tovalloles, mantes i productes de neteja.
