Room with bed
No food available with this facility during our visit. Also swimming pool too much chlorine smell and dusty. Also climate is not nice in this location

The location was good with everything in close proximity and reasonably priced
There was no onsite kitchen and hence orders took a long time to reach the resort as the roads in Munnar are also very congested, it's hard to get food delivery at the location

Tepid water only available in a bucket.
No restuarant on site.
Room not made and consumables not replenished in 3 days.
