Decatur Garden Studio Apartment

The property was very clean. My son bragged about how home-like it felt with the library and overall set-up of the space. The host was very pleasant, hospitable, and readily available for any questions. He made our stay very pleasant and I would recommend this property to anyone I know who is looking to stay near the downtown Decatur area.

My host Monty was excellent! Greeted me when I arrived and showed me around, was very informative with the few questions I had. The space its self was very clean and tidy! Had a very comfortable stay during. Highly recommend!

Very cozy and comfy studio apartment! Has a great interior design and an impressive kitchenette. The location is great for doing anything in Decatur and worked great for my plans!

My nephew’s lodging plan fell through at the last minute. He was attending and volunteering at MomoCon, and was devastated because hotel prices were extremely high. I found this delightful cottage on Vrbo and knew that it would be a perfect fit for my nephew. He absolutely loved his stay and on his way home, he called me to say, “The place you rented was great and I wanna stay there again next year!“. Monty responded quickly to all of John’s questions. He is definitely an awesome host and I highly recommend his listing.
