Enjoy exploring the Catskills, hiking, fishing, or skiing, and then relaxing in our "home away from home"! Read a book by the fireplace, immerse yourself with the sounds of the river from the hammocks, enjoy s’mores by the fire pit, or unwind in the outdoors hot tub under the stairs!

This isn't just a rental property; it's the home of a young couple who travel for work. When they're away, they enjoy sharing their peaceful retreat with friends and like-minded individuals. This unique arrangement offers a more personal experience, as you'll be staying in a home that's truly loved and cared for.
On the first floor, there is a large kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, two bedrooms (both with patio/hot tub access), and a full bathroom. Climbing the custom-made cast iron stairwell, you'll find a half bathroom and a lounge area that serves multiple purposes, from a TV room to a yoga studio. The daybed becomes a king-size bed, and a cave with a chalk wall is a paradise for little kids.
On the back deck is a hot tub that fits up to 5 adults, an outdoor lounge, and a fire pit, all with the most intriguing view of the Catskills forest.
The Chalet is in a wooded area, surrounded by state-protected lands within the Catskills region, 15 minutes from Belleayre Ski Resort. Our closest town is Phoenicia.
