"C123 Luxury" is an elegant apartment resulting from the renovation of the imposing historical archive of the most important Ligurian bank, the "BANCO DI CHIAVARI E DELLA RIVIERA LIGURE".

PARKING: paid parking spaces (blue line, in the surrounding streets) or indoors (at the Cattaneo Parking, 400 meters away, by reservation to be made only upon your arrival) or free, white line, in Via Gio Batta Ghio, 350 meters away (spaces above).
Pay attention to the road washing signs!!!
During your stay, you can choose whether to relax on the nearby beaches or visit our beautiful and interesting historic center with its renowned arcades, alleyways, exclusive boutiques, numerous cafés, typical restaurants, antique markets (every second Sunday of the month) or food markets (every fourth Sunday) or even rent boats and reach the famous Cinqueterre (the five small villages famous throughout the world with splendid terraced vineyards overlooking the sea), or the worldly Portofino and the small Bay of San Fruttuoso. Boats also depart from the port of Chiavari and reach the same destinations (at set times and days) and can also be easily reached by train (the train station is 500 meters away).
The fabulous bays of Sestri Levante are located just 10km away, while Genoa, with the largest historic center in Europe, its imposing Rolli palaces, the aquarium and the ancient port are just 30 minutes away.

We had a very nice 3 day stay in chiavari. the Apartment is not far from the station so we could easy walk with our luggage. Very nice is the location of the Apartment, you can reach a supermarket and everything you may Need in a few minutes. Monica was a nice Host with many advices and restaurant ideas.The Apartment also has very nice Interieur and was very clean.
