This house pleasantly welcomes you with a well-maintained shared garden, equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers for you to dine and relax outside. As you walk towards the entrance, you will find a lovely living room furnished with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and chairs. Beyond this room is the dining room with a dining table set and a showcase. Both these rooms have direct access to the garden. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker hob, a Dolcegusto coffee machine, an electric kettle, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with a freezer.
