- A large living room of 55m² with a 6m long bay window opening directly onto the terrace and the garden, facing south.
- Sofas including a 2-seater sofa bed in the living room with large TV
- Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room
- Appliances: dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle, capsule coffee maker, toaster etc...
- Large air-conditioned master bedroom (160 cm bed) with bay window overlooking the garden.PGJyPg
- Bathroom also very bright with its bay window in the continuity of the master bedroom.
- Large dressing room separate from the bedroom.
- Second extra bedroom with pull-out bed that can give 2 single beds or a large double bed.
The house is fully equipped with electric shutters except for the bay window from the living room.
Outside:
- 2 terraces:
One to the East; perfect for early breakfasts at sunrise or to have freshness during the day.
A second, the main one, overlooking the south-facing garden to enjoy the warmth during the day and the mild evenings.
