Posizione strategica per il centro e per poter raggiungere le spiagge a sud. Supermercato a meno di 10 minuti in auto (Spar o Auchan) e panificio/pasticceria a 3 minuti in auto molto vicino e comodo. Allestimento interno dell'appartamento molto funzionale, lavatrice e lavastoviglie molto comode, climatizzatore ben funzionante. Tavolo in giardino perfetto per consumare pasti all'esterno con il bel tempo.
Bagno senza finestra. Letto un po' piccolino, sopratutto il letto matrimoniale (alla francese), e materassi molto rigidi.
