In the resort Porto-Vecchio, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area, 1 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: small, well-kept garden 150 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (above ground) angular (6 x 3 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop, shopping centre, restaurant, bakery 500 m, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach "Plage de Palombaggia" 12 km. Sports harbour 2 km. Nearby attractions: centre ville Porto-Vecchio 2 km, Plage de Santa Giulia 10 km, Bonifacio 30 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de l'Ospédale 20 km.
