5) A cleaning fee of $149 will apply to rooms left with excessive trash or stains that require special attention.
6) The playing of loud music, excessive noise, or any disruptive behavior, including domestic disputes that may disturb other guests, is a violation of our policy.
7) Firearms and any form of weaponry are not permitted on the premises.
8) Any form of physical or verbal abuse directed towards other guests or staff will result in the immediate termination of your stay.
9) Guests with pets are fully responsible for their pet’s behavior and are liable for any damages or incidents caused by their pets.
