GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the Garden Suite, the Garden Patio, the Spa Patio, the Ridge Patio, and the Bulkhead and Beach. The Garden Suite is in the same building as other units; however, it is a completely separate apartment with its own entry.
Chico Bay Inn has a parking lot; Garden Suite guests are allowed one parking spot (a second parking spot can be made available upon request).
Private areas: The owners live in the apartment on the main floor adjacent to the Garden Suite. The Penthouse Suite is a separate suite available for booking (vrbo.com/3566936) and is located on the top floor of the Inn with a full view of Chico Bay.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Our check-in and check-out process is completely contactless with a smart keypad lock. Even though you may or may not meet us in person, we love providing recommendations for places to eat, drink, tour, and ways to enjoy the property and area! The Garden Suite has a view of the garden, garden patio, spa patio, and a peak-a-boo view of Chico Bay. If you would prefer a suite with a full view of Chico Bay, please consider reserving our Penthouse Suite.

Perfect little getaway - so many fun little things were supplied - fresh OJ and eggs for breakfast already in our frig upon arrival - that was a special touch we haven't experienced before. Great communication with hosts. Super easy check in, felt private despite multiple guest facilities. Would stay again for sure!

My friend and I came here bc it was equidistant to a few different towns and bc of the amenities offered at the rental itself. Neither did disappoint. Tyler and Chanda were wonderful hosts and their property was not only welcoming but tranquil and beautiful. Definitely coming to stay with them again.

The garden suite was everything we’d hoped! The thoughtful notes and touches anticipated our every need and I particularly enjoyed walking the property and admiring the blackberries, blueberries, apples, figs, and other goodies planted amidst the flowers while drinking my morning coffee. I highly recommend this VRBO!

We stayed the weekend at this cozy location and really enjoyed it! The water is easy to access - a great place to kayak or paddleboard.It rained the first night we got there, but cleared up nicely on our second day. The entry/exit routine was streamlined and easy to understand. The interior is nicely decorated, well maintained, and the shower/bath was a nice treat.Would love to come back and stay again next year!
