This modern, single-level home—built in 2022—offers breathtaking views of Puget Sound, Seattle, and Mount Rainier. Conveniently located just 7 minutes from Naval Base Kitsap, 10 minutes from the Bremerton Ferry, and close to St. Michael Medical Center, it’s the perfect spot for both relaxation and exploration.
Step inside to a bright, open layout designed for comfort. The living room features a cozy leather recliner, Smart TV, and large windows that frame those stunning views. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need—from quality cookware to a Keurig with complimentary pods—and the dining table comfortably seats six.
The primary bedroom includes a king bed, Roku TV, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a private water closet, and a large step-in shower. The second bedroom offers a plush queen bed, while the third features a full-size bed plus a workspace with an adjustable-height desk and computer monitor—perfect for remote work or study. A shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo is conveniently located between these two bedrooms.
Whether you’re here for work, to visit family, explore the Kitsap Peninsula, or simply unwind with a view, this home has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy easy access to local shops, restaurants, and parks—or take a quick ferry ride to Seattle for a day in the city.
Guests will have access to the entire home, except for the garage and locked storage area.
We pride ourselves with being very communicative upon your request, however we do not intend to disturb your stay unless there are concerns.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following policies during your stay:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited within 25 feet of the house.
- 1 small to medium-sized dog is allowed with prior approval, they must be included on your reservation and a $100 pet fee paid. One dog limit per stay. Only trained, friendly dog is accepted.
- Only registered guests included on the reservation are allowed on the property unless prior written approval has been granted.
- A maximum of four vehicles may be parked at the home.
Please note: Failure to adhere to these policies—including unauthorized pets, guests, or smoking—may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
