Beautiful waterfront rambler with panoramic views, a game room and space for the whole family! Come enjoy this waterfront home in a central location for venturing to Seattle, Hood Canal, and anywhere on the Kitsap Peninsula. Just minutes to downtown Port Orchard, 15 minutes to the Seattle ferry, and 30 minutes to Poulsbo, Bremerton, Gig Harbor, and Tacoma. Come for the location, but stay for the beautiful views and amenities!
Relax year-round and wake up to an amazing view of the Puget Sound, all while in the comforts of home with panoramic views! Enjoy listening to the sounds of harbor seals bark in the distance as they search for their morning meal. Let time slip away while admiring Bald eagles perched on the dock, devouring their catch with a seated view from the living room. Take a quick drive into downtown to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee from the various coffee shops or grab a bite for breakfast and enjoy a drive along the water. The house is located just about a mile from downtown Port Orchard where you will find public beach access, a boat launch, dock, waterfront playground, and an assortment of local restaurants and shops! During the Spring & Summer there is a local kayak rental, regular farmer's markets, and great holiday parades and events!
As you approach this home in the beautiful Port Orchard community, you will be greeted by non stop water views of the Sinclair Inlet, marinas, and the Seattle ferries. Once arriving at the house, a gorgeous covered front porch with built in seating overlooking the water will welcome you to begin relaxing! Enter the house and be mesmerized by the expansive windows covering the entire front wall with panoramic views of the water. Comfy seating, a large smart TV, and game table will give you plenty of amenities to entertain the family (please note, the fireplace in the living room is not operational and is for esthetic purposes only). A fully remodeled and stocked kitchen awaits on the other side of the living room for you culinary expertise! The kitchen should have all you need for cooking - you just bring the food! A dining room sits off the kitchen, leading to the back porch. Enjoy your time on the back porch BBQing, eating your meals on the large patio table, playing cornhole, ping pong, and disc golf, and ending the night with a campfire while you watch the always changing water views!
This single level home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for your comfort. Bedroom 1 faces the water and holds a King bed and a twin over twin bunkbed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and also overlooks the water! Bedrooms one and two share a full bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, that is located just across the hallway. The primary bedroom offers a queen sized bed and has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. All bedrooms have plenty of linens, blankets, and pillows. Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and enough towels for everyone!
Beach access is directly across the street - however guests with any mobility issues and children should use extreme caution when climbing on rocks down to the water. This area is not maintained and can be very slippery. Use at your own risk and discretion.
Location is prime for adventuring anywhere in the Kitsap Peninsula, Seattle, Tacoma, and the Hood Canal. Message host for helpful info about the area and Ferry info!
