Cozy up in this newly remodeled two-bedroom, one-bath duplex with beautiful views of the Port Washington Narrows waterway! Just a short 10 minute drive from the Bremerton to Seattle Ferry Terminal, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, and St. Michael`s Medical Center. This location is perfect for the traveling professional or small families looking to explore the Pacific Northwest!
This unit is one side of a duplex with ample private parking for 2-3 cars in a quiet neighborhood. There is also a carport spot for 1 vehicle on the back of the home. Upon entering the home, you will be greeted with a beautifully furnished living room, complete with a smart TV, plush throws, a floor to ceiling fireplace (for esthetic purposes only, non-operational), and boardgames for your entertainment. Around the corner from the living room is the dining area and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need to cook for your family. Off the dining area is a water facing deck which allows you to sit back and enjoy the Pacific NW with your coffee or wine.
The primary bedroom holds a queen bed, dresser, and walk-in closet. Additional fold out twin bed available. The second bedroom has a double bed, dresser, and closet. Both bedrooms have quality linens and blankets, as well as spare sets of fresh linens for use. The main shared bathroom holds a bathtub and shower equipped with a hair dryer, toiletries, and plenty of fresh towels and wash clothes for your stay.
This home is centrally located for exploring in any direction - Less than 10 minutes away from the Bremerton to Seattle Ferry Terminal, Military Bases, Silverdale, and Port Orchard. 30 Minutes to all Gig Harbor and Tacoma has to offer, and 30 minutes to the abundance of outdoor activities in the Hood Canal area!
Guests will have exclusive access to the townhome which includes the patio, kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry, bathroom, and bedrooms.

Not knowing Bremerton, it is a funky neighborhood. Not very walkable. Other then ants the place was clean. Melissa, the property manager was attentive to the issue. We stayed here for our grandson’s soccer tournament on Bainbridge Island and it let us explore the area.

This charming duplex unit is fresh and welcoming! It is clean, spacious, and fully equipped. The beds are comfortably soft and there is an AC unit in the main bedroom. The home is in a convenient location; quiet neighborhood, incredible water views, and less than a 10 minute drive to the Bremerton Ferry. Thank you to the owner, Melissa, for being a thoughtful host. We enjoyed every moment of our sound stay!

The view was great. Immediate hot water. Comfortable accommodation. Big benefit for me was that they are pet friendly. Easy communication with host. They quickly repaired a broken cabinet latch. However, I discovered that the throw rugs had not likely been cleaned for some time. I spilled something on the kitchen rug and threw it in the washer. It went in as brown grey and came out bright grey. I had to buy more toilet paper and paper towels during the visit and I was the only one for most of the two week stay. There was no screen door on the sliding glass door out to the deck.
