Beautifully quiet. Secluded at the end of a private driveway. Right on the estuary with steps that lead you to the waters edge. Clean, but lacks games for little children. Also the blinds have dangling chords which is dangerous for those with little ones. Kitchen has some cookware. No baking sheets but we made due. Not much for cupboard space to put groceries for extended stays. However the grocery store is not far away. Owner was responsive to any issues that arose.

Husband is a firefighter and always checks out the smoke detectors in rentals. The home had 6 smoke detectors in in. Two had no batteries in them, two had dead batteries and two actually worked. There was crusty stuff in the refrigerator and some food particles and the carpets were not very clean. The master bath shower head had really slow flow. The entire garage was full of appliances. The neighbors dogs are in a kennel right at the front of the driveway and barked at us every time we got into or out of our vehicle.
On the upside, the initial communication was very timely before we arrived and the home is in a good location and affordable. There was also shampoo and body soap provided, thank you.
