Priziúsa - vacation home with swimming pool near the sea

Priziúsa is a brand-new property—my little dream come true—the house I used to gaze at as a young girl, longing to renovate it and make it my own. I’ve put my heart into every single thing in this house, and that’s what makes it unique to me. Priziúsa features a private pool, an outdoor shower, on-site parking, full air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a laundry room, two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, and a veranda.
It’s in a prime location, just 100 meters from the sea and close to three beach clubs on the beautiful San Lorenzo beach. It’s an excellent location because it’s very close to Marzamemi, one of the most famous and beautiful villages in Sicily, and not far from the Vendicari and Calamosche nature reserves and Portopalo. It’s easy to reach from Catania Airport—just over an hour away.
