This beautiful villa with 8 beds awaits you 100 meters from the sea and about 10 minutes walk (via the beach) from the vibrant nightlife of Marzamemi. From both the terrace and the veranda you can enjoy fantastic lunches surrounded by the beautiful sea view. Besides the 4 bedrooms you will find a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one of them with indoor shower. Also, another comfortable outdoor shower. The strong points of the house are the proximity to the sea, the spacious and comfortable covered porch and the wonderful terrace.
