LOCATION
The Villa is located a few steps from the beautiful sandy beach of San Lorenzo, between the Vendicari Nature Reserve and the characteristic Borgo Marinaro di Marzamemi. The surrounding environment is typical of the Mediterranean scrub.
The sea in transparent colors with shades of white / green / blue / blue and a beach of fine sand gives the feeling that summer does not end. In addition to the free beach, you can take advantage of the equipped Lido Agua Beach, with its clean and always well-kept beach and with the original playground for the joy of children. Here you can book a generously shaded umbrella and / or palm tree and sun beds (at a price that varies according to type and period) and extend the day at the beach, with breakfast and lunch, at the restaurant / bar with excellent quality products.

The apartment is on the ground floor (independent access) and consists of two double bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a mezzanine, bathroom with shower, kitchen, living room, large covered and equipped veranda. Mosquito nets on the windows. The rooms are all air conditioned. Furnished with everything, including LED TV, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, hairdryer etc ... Wi-fi Internet. la casa è pulita ben arredata, dotata di tutti i confort. spaziosa, luminosa e vicinissima al mare.
E' stato molto bello stare lì per alcuni giorni e lo consigliamo a tutti, sia coppie che famiglie o gruppi di amici!
I proprietari sono molto disponibili ed accoglienti.
