Lovely and comfortable beach house situated in a quiet neighborhood, nestled up against the hillside. This home is beautifully appointed and offers multiple decks to enjoy the sunshine and either ocean or hillside views. Upon entry on the first floor, you will find the two-car garage available for either parking or storage of bicycles, surfboards, or other beach gear and the washer/dryer as well as the first bedroom. Up the beautiful, modern staircase the second level offers an open-concept layout. Cozy up on the plush and oversized couch to watch a movie after a long day on the beach or enjoy the deck off the dining room to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sun set. The modern kitchen offers all new appliances, butcher block countertops, a large pantry, bar seating, and a backdoor to another deck available for barbecuing or soaking up the rays. Down the hallway you will find the second bedroom and bathroom with shower/tub combo. The spacious primary bedroom offers a large closet space and bathroom with sliding barnyard-style door. At the end of the hallway is a backdoor offering access to the backyard with terraced patio offering beautiful hillside views, outdoor furniture, and a fire pit.
