With an open floor plan the kitchen opens up to the living room and dining room where you will find multiple couches a flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The dining area has seating for 6 guests. The home is set up with a functional floor plan and large 500+sqft out living area off the living room. You will find multiple outdoor couches chairs and umbrella along with panoramic Ocean Views. The master bedroom has a queen size bed walk in closet flat screen tv and large bathroom with shower and separate soaking tub. The second bedroom has a Full Bed and twin bed. The second bedroom is located off the hall between the living room and second bedroom and has a large walk in closet. Your will also find a laundry room with on site washer and dryer a back patio with outside shower and a two car garage. The house was perfectly located in cayucos and you could see the ocean. The deck was the best part of the property. The only area that needs attention are the mattresses and the pillow. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental. The home was spacious, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. Having two large bathrooms was a wonderful convenience, especially for our group. One of our favorite features was the huge deck, which offered beautiful ocean views and a perfect place to relax and unwind.The location was excellent, with plenty of activities, restaurants, and attractions nearby. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay, and we would happily return in the future. Highly recommend!
