Sitting in Sunny Cayucos this elegant beach house is perfect for your next escape! This stunningly remodeled 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home boost panoramic ocean views to enjoy with family and friends! There is one flight of stairs from the driveway into the home and then the property is single level living. The home features a large open kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steal appliances and a large island. With an open floor plan the kitchen opens up to the living room and dining room where you will find multiple couches, a flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The dining area has seating for 6 guests. The home is set up with a functional floor plan and large, 500+sqft out living area off the living room. You will find multiple outdoor couches, chairs and umbrella along with panoramic Ocean Views. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, flat screen tv and large bathroom with shower and separate soaking tub. The second bedroom has a Full Bed and twin bed. The second bedroom is located off the hall between the living room and second bedroom and has a large walk in closet. Your will also find a laundry room with on site washer and dryer, a back patio with outside shower. Please note the two car garage is not available for guest use. This home is furnished with high quality linens and is ready for your next Coastal Escape!

Very comfortable and well-kept. Close to beaches and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Overall, 2 adults, 2 children, a beautiful, safe spot to land. Awesome ocean sunsets. What we missed... toaster and coffee pods for keurig coffee maker.

The house was beautifully decorated, super clean, and the patio over the garage was awesome for watching the sunset and star gazing. Bonus views of the ocean/beach and Morro Rock in the distance. The driveway was pretty small and the roads narrow, but we parked the car sideways to avoid parking uphill. Kitchen had everything you need and both bathrooms were very spacious. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Really close to great hiking trails. We would definitely stay there again.
