There is one flight of stairs from the driveway into the home and then the property is single level living. The home features a large open kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steal appliances and a large island. With an open floor plan the kitchen opens up to the living room and dining room where you will find multiple couches, a flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The dining area has seating for 6 guests. The home is set up with a functional floor plan and large, 500+sqft out living area off the living room. You will find multiple outdoor couches, chairs and umbrella along with panoramic Ocean Views. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in closet, flat screen tv and large bathroom with shower and separate soaking tub. The second bedroom has a Full Bed and twin bed. The second bedroom is located off the hall between the living room and second bedroom and has a large walk in closet. Your will also find a laundry room with on site washer and dryer, a back patio with outside shower and a two car garage. This home is furnished with high quality linens and is ready for your next Coastal Escape!

Overall visit was pleasant. Location was convenient for visiting nearby towns. My only concern was the beds could’ve been more comfortable. . Pretty stiff in both bedrooms

This is truly an exceptional property! This house really felt like home from the moment we stepped inside. It was super clean and you immediately see the beach from the expansive deck. The bedroom and showers are nicely appointed with plenty of blankets if you need them.Ian and Mitchell were very responsive. I would highly recommend this property.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay with friends for a little weekend get away. Home is nicely appointed and comfortable. The property does have AC which was a nice surprise for being close to the beach, especially since our stay was during a little heat wave. Would highly recommend this home and happily stay again should I find myself in the area.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location. Definitely didn't disappoint. This was our second time there, stayed two days with our friends a couple of years ago. As soon as I saw it available we grabbed it up. My favorite part is the deck for sunning, sipping and napping Can't wait until next time around. Hope to be back soon

This two bedroom two bath home has a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean from the deck, which has everything you need for a family barbecue. My husband and I visited Cayucos to see our son and his family who lived there. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and chatting while barbecuing ribs. The living room has a nice TV for viewing sports and the kitchen is very well appointed. The bathrooms are beautiful and spacious. There is a washer/dryer and outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beach. We highly recommend this property for your next day in Cayucos.

Our family really enjoyed the property! A little hiccup when we checked in but Ian and Mitchell handled the situation quickly and were so gracious! We enjoyed the sunsets on the lovely deck space. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was exactly what we needed. Downtown morro bay and cayucos were about a 5 min drive. Kids had a great time playing at the beach and we got to unwind. Would definitely stay here again, it had a full kitchen n gas range. We ate out during our stay so we didn’t cook. The upstairs balcony was perfect listening to the waves and enjoying the view. It was a great and comfortable stay.

I stayed at this house with my two kids, and it was perfect for us! Lots of space to spread out - making sure everyone had their own bed was important. The views of the ocean were amazing! I loved opening the slider to the patio and listening to the waves. They had everything we needed. The house is in a great location, just a few minutes to downtown and a short drive from Morro bay, San Simeon and cambria. We hope to be back!

We were here to celebrate Christmas with my son and his wife who live in nearby Los Osos. The house has a wonderful feel to it, was absolutely spotless and the kitchen was well equipped. Just open the windows and hear the waves! We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to the Central Coast!

Spacious remodeled home. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. I’m not sure if it’s stated in the listing, but the couch has a pull out bed which was a nice & needed surprise. Less than a 5 min drive to Cayucos beach. Nice view of the ocean. My family will most definitely stay here in the future. You will not be disappointed with your stay here.
