About this house rental

This one of a kind 2-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Cayucos. While it appears the cottage belongs in the woods of a fairy tale, it is located less than half a block to the beach and is beautifully finished on the inside. Wood flooring throughout the home, a farmstyle sink, sub zero fridge, large gas range with double oven, fireplace, and a claw foot bathtub. This beach cottage is truly a dream! Both bedrooms and bathrooms are located downstairs along with the kitchen and living room. Included is a one-car garage available for storing of your surfboards or bicycles and a separate but attached laundry room that provides access to the back patio. Upstairs is an additional sitting area and office space that offers a deck with ocean views as well as an additional sleeping area.

The house was wonderful in all ways. Close to beach for teens, quiet for gramma and close to everything you’d want to do at coast. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay snd hope to get back really soon!

House was cute and clean. It was close to the beach and great neighborhood. Home could use a little more if renting to seniors that need a little help. I would stay there again.
